The Colorado Barbecue Challenge, touted as the highest BBQ festival in the world, has been a fan favorite for decades. For three days each Father’s Day weekend, Main Street Frisco is transformed into a haven of great food, exciting events, and even pig races! We definitely enjoyed the delicious BBQ and indulged a bit, luckily, we also got plenty of steps in to burn those calories at this amazing annual celebration!
